On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, BeDan Dental Limited extended its mobile dental care services to the beautiful children at NIC Safe Haven Children’s Home in Akatamanso, Adenta Municipality, Accra. This visit formed part of our ongoing outreach initiative themed “Smiles Ahead”, which aims to bring high-quality dental care to underserved communities and vulnerable groups across Ghana.
The day began with excitement as our team of professional dentists and support staff arrived with all necessary portable equipment to set up a full-service dental clinic right on-site. The children, filled with curiosity and smiles, gathered to meet our team and take part in a truly impactful health experience.
We provided comprehensive dental services—completely free of charge—including oral examinations, dental cleanings, extractions, fillings, fluoride treatments, and oral health education. Each child was treated with care, patience, and compassion, ensuring they felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process.
More than just treating immediate dental needs, our goal was also to educate and empower these young ones with the knowledge and tools to maintain good oral hygiene habits for life. The joy on their faces, the laughter, and the many “thank yous” were all reminders of why this work matters so deeply.
Our theme, “Smiles Ahead,” was once again brought to life—creating not just healthy teeth, but moments of happiness, confidence, and love.
